Like an “annual physical” for the eyes, our Comprehensive Eye Exam is the first step to achieving your clearest possible vision. Dr. Love uses only the most advanced technology to check your vision, eye-teaming skills, and eye health. Some highlights of your exam will likely include complimentary retinal imaging, and the most gentle eye pressure test that exists…we are a “no air puff zone!” Dr. Love will also learn about your health history and lifestyle in order to come up with custom solutions to make your vision last!
One of the ways Clear Sight Optometry sets itself apart, we offer the BEST lens technology for glasses. Once Dr. Love has dialed in your prescription, he and his expert Opticians will help guide you through the best lens options tailored for your lifestyle. Their expertise in proper frame selection and adjustments will also make sure both your vision is aligned, and you look great in our latest fashions!
Check out some of our great variety such as Rayban, Gucci, Oakley, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Maui Jim, and many more. A variety of durable and fashionable frames with optically sound lens options will be available to satisfy each unique patient preference.
While we have many trendy and stylish frames to choose from, you will also benefit from our optician’s exact measurements for that frame and that it properly matches the face.
Contact Lens Evaluation
It starts with a comprehensive eye exam. If you’re a good candidate for contact lenses, we will determine the best fitting lens based on your lifestyle needs and the shape and health of your eyes. These could include myopia control (MiSight certified), astigmatism, and multifocal contacts.
Although we fit contacts from all major brands, Clear Sight is excited to be one of the few practices in the country with special early access to the latest lens designs from Acuvue. Coming Fall 2022, this includes Acuvue Oasys Max 1-Day, the world’s most advanced wetting contacts and the first-of-its kind to include blue blocking technology, “Max Comfort, Max Vision”.
Tired of looking for your glasses in the morning? LASIK corrects poor vision at the source, providing long lasting treatment for most prescriptions. Technologies in LASIK have advanced incredibly in recent times to make it a safe option to treat blurry vision. As a LASIK Co-Management Center, our doctor can determine if you are a good candidate for LASIK or one of many exciting alternative procedures. Our doctor will work alongside a trusted surgeon before and after your procedure to provide quality care and the best vision possible. Call to schedule your free consultation to learn more.
Medical Eye Care
If you’re experiencing sudden-onset flashes, floaters, eye pain, or blurry vision, get in to see us right away. Our doctor at Clear Sight Optometry is “TLG” certified by the CA state board, the highest certification to manage eye related conditions such as infection and red eyes, foreign object removal, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and many others.
Pediatric Eye Exams
Dr. Love is comfortable seeing patients of all ages. There are several ways he can determine during an exam if your child needs glasses or not, even if they don’t know their letters or can talk yet. Dr Love also tries to make the exam fun so that hopefully it’s their favorite type of doctor visit. After assessing your child’s eye development, he will go over strategies to protect them from things like eyestrain and myopia (near-sighted) progression.
Dr. Love also likes to remind parents the importance of eye exams within the first years of life, in order to catch conditions that a pediatrician’s office or school screening might miss. At age 3, Dr. Love prescribed glasses for his daughter Juliana, who wasn’t even complaining that one eye was working and one eye not! Now seeing 20/20 in both eyes with her glasses, she likes to visit the office and make sure we keep plenty of cute frames for the girls and cool ones for the boys.
